2. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times. This may include your chosen nickname, a brief bio, and tags that represent you. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the termination of your account.

You are solely responsible for the content of your profile.

3. User Conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Post, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor interactions and disputes between users. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in misuse of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeetMe and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
(i) your use of or inability to use the Service,
(ii) the conduct or content of any third party on the Service,
(iii) content or information obtained from the Service, or
(iv) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or communications.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., 30 days) before new terms take effect. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our discretion.

By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
